Acceptable Use Policy

Voice cloning requires consent. Always.

When reference-audio cloning ships, you must hold documented permission from the person whose voice you upload, and you will attest to that at upload time. Cloning real people without consent, including celebrities and public figures, is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. Laws such as the Tennessee ELVIS Act and California’s digital replica statutes create personal liability for unauthorized voice replicas; we cooperate with lawful requests from rights holders.

Prohibited content

• Impersonation of real people or organizations presented as genuine
• Fraud, scam calls, robocall content, or deceptive political material
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content of any kind
• Harassment, threats, or incitement of violence
• Content that infringes copyright you do not hold, including cloned melodies and lyrics

Platform integrity

• Do not circumvent rate limits, watermarks, or safety measures
• Do not resell raw access to our endpoints
• Label AI-generated audio as such where the audience could reasonably be misled
